Tablesorter Mod - Children Rows

This is a mod of the jQuery tablesorter that supports "children" rows. This allows you to add "collapsible row" functionality to a table as well. If a row has the style "expand-child", then that row is including as part of the row above it. This means when sorting happens, the row will be moved below the row above it. This code supports having multiple children as well.

Here's a list of the changes:

• Added support for child rows
• Added cssChildRow setting—this allows you to specify the css class to use for the child rows.
• Added onRenderHeader setting—this is called when classes are added to the th tags. You can use this to append HTML to each header tag. In this example page, I add span tags to the th tags so I could better stylize the headers.
• The table element now has a $.data(table, "tablesorter") which stores the settings for the table. This allows you to access the settings from other tablesorter plug-ins.

My changes work as-is with the paging plug-in. I think I was able to keep backwards compatibility with the changes. My code actually reduced the size of the library.
